A Diversity and Civic Leadership (DCL) Program presented by the IRCO Engage team at the City Hall
Funded by City of Portland's Office of Community and Civic Life
IRCO's Engage program is designed to develop community members into effective advocates who address disparities and advance equity across the Portland area. Participants are empowered to understand governance structures, build leadership capacity, and engage in meaningful representation on local boards, committees and commissions.
This event celebrated 5 outstanding participants deeply engaged in the program with a speaking commencement from District 2 Councilor Sameer Kanal, a tour of the City Hall building and a quick run in with Mayor Keith Wilson.
